Responsibilities include coordinating with doctors on treatment planning, ordering and inventory of medications, maintaining patient charts under HIPAA, completing state paperwork, and assisting with front-office duties.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Addiction Counseling, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred.
• One year of medical office experience required; 6 months in mental health/substance abuse settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with doctor and participate in treatment planning and reviews.
• Order medications as requested and maintain medication inventory.
• Maintain patient charts in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Handle required state and intake paperwork; assist with scheduling and front-office tasks.
• Assist psychiatrist and participate in case conferences; support training activities.
