WestCare Inc in Marathon, FL is seeking a part-time role to ensure safety and well-being of residents in our Mental Health Assisted Living Facility. You will provide practical and emotional support to help residents live as independently as possible in a home-like environment.

Responsibilities include supervising activities of daily living, assisting with medication, meals, documentation, group activities, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while upholding confidentiality and HIPAA

Competenze

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Four-year college degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to document information.

Mansioni

• Supervise and assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, including medication assistance and transportation.
• Prepare and serve resident meals and refreshments.
• Observe health changes and report them following procedures.
• Conduct groups and meetings and maintain resident records.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and safeguard confidentiality.
