Job summary

Via Linda Behavioral Hospital seeks a Full-Time Mental Health Technician to support psychiatric and substance use treatment. You will work under an RN, handling clerical tasks and patient care, while helping manage behavioral issues and leading activity groups as part of the treatment team.

The role requires a High School diploma; CNA is preferred, and a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance or ability to obtain one is necessary. Day and night shifts are available at the Scottsdale facility.

Qualifications

• Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and patient care activities under RN supervision.

Our MHT's work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide clerical and patient care activities in the treatment and care of patients with psychiatric and substance abuse conditions. MHT's Manage behavioral problems, facilitate education and activity groups and are active participants of the treatment team.
