Via Linda Behavioral Hospital in Scottsdale, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Mental Health Technician (MHT) to assist in inpatient psychiatric and substance use care under RN supervision.

You will manage behavioral issues, facilitate activity groups, and participate as a treatment team member; day and night shifts are available. High school diploma required; CNA preferred; valid Level 1 fingerprint clearance or ability to obtain.

Qualifications

Our MHT's work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide clerical and patient care activities in the treatment and care of patients with psychiatric and substance abuse conditions. MHT's Manage behavioral problems, facilitate education and activity groups and are active participants of the treatment team.
