$3000 Sign on Bonus - 8:00AM-4:30PM - Monday - Friday

Job Overview:

Maintain a safe treatment environment.

Primary Responsibilities include:

1. Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors. Routes and answers routine correspondence.
2. Assist Director in organizing files, correspondence, records, and follow up on pending matters.
3. Assists staff in provision of patient care in accordance with the individual treatment plan.
4. Observes and monitors patient progress and reports observations to appropriate staff.
5. Provide appropriate supervision of patient activities.
6. Communicates effectively and professionally with co-workers and clients.
7. Prepares special reports, gathering and summarizing data.
8. Performs related duties, as requested.
9. Upholds the organization's ethics and customer service standards.

Education and/or Licensure:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Bachelor's degree preferred. Psychology degree preferred.

Experience:

1. Experience in an inpatient or outpatient behavioral healthcare treatment facility is a plus.
2. Positive attitude, integrity, and ethical awareness.
3. Ability to adapt to a fast pace environment.
4. Office experience and healthcare experience preferred. Computer skills required.
5. Must be 21 years of age, have a current negative TB test or medical clearance.

We are conveniently located in Westborough near the intersection of Route 495 and Route 9. The hospital operates 24/7 with multiple shifts available.
