Job Overview:

Maintain a safe treatment environment.

Primary Responsibilities include:

1. Receive and screen telephone calls, letters, and visitors. Route and answer routine correspondence.
2. Assist the Director in organizing files, correspondence, records, and follow up on pending matters.
3. Assist staff in providing patient care in accordance with the individual treatment plan.
4. Observe and monitor patient progress and report observations to appropriate staff.
5. Provide appropriate supervision of patient activities.
6. Communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers and clients.
7. Prepare special reports, gather, and summarize data.
8. Perform related duties as requested.
9. Uphold the organization's ethics and customer service standards.

Education and/or Licensure:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in Psychology.

Experience:

• Experience in an inpatient or outpatient behavioral healthcare treatment facility is a plus.
• Positive attitude, integrity, and ethical awareness.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Office and healthcare experience preferred. Computer skills required.
• Must be 21 years of age, with a current negative TB test or medical clearance.
