Responsibilities

• Provides direct client care to residents in the group home/residential setting/treatment program.
• Monitors, supervises, and trains residents in daily living skills.
• Transports clients in accordance with schedule.
• Documents accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
• Administers medication and adheres to the Nurse Delegation program.
• Completes required administrative and client-related paperwork.
• Maintains credentialing requirements and performs other duties as assigned.
