Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Mental Health Technician for an evening shift in a residential program. You will provide direct client care, supervise residents, and support daily living skills while coordinating with the program staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Alabama driver’s license and driving record acceptable to agency policy.
• Ability to be certified and maintain certification in the Nurse Delegation program and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct client care to residents in group home/residential setting.
• Monitors, supervises, and trains residents in daily living skills.
• Provides support services for the home and the residents.
• Transports clients according to schedule.
• Documents accurately in the electronic health record.
• Administration of medication and adherence to the Nurse Delegation program.
• Completes required administrative and client-related paperwork.
• Meeting attendance and punctuality expectations; timecard monitoring and updating.
• Maintenance of credentialing requirements
• Any and all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
