• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Alabama driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to be certified in Nurse Delegation and maintain certification.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to work with residents in group setting and document care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct client care to residents in group home settings.
• Monitor, supervise, and train residents in daily living skills.
• Administer medications per Nurse Delegation program.
• Document accurately in the electronic health record.
• Transport clients according to schedule.
• Complete required admin and client paperwork.
• Maintain credentialing requirements and perform other duties as assigned.
