Qualifications

• 1 year experience as Mental Health Technician in psychiatric/substance abuse setting.
• 3 years experience as nursing/patient care assistant with crisis management in hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Record data and perform treatments per policies.
• Communicate with patients, families, and team in a customer-service oriented manner.
• Collaborate with interprofessional care team and report pertinent information.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and patient transport as needed.
• Document care accurately in the patient record and health system.
