Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be a steady, supportive presence guiding patients through meals, activities, and programming.
• Monitor and document patient behaviors and intervene calmly in crises when needed.
• Build trust-based relationships through positive communication and consistent encouragement of healthy behaviors.
• Support screenings and assessments in collaboration with Clinical and Admissions teams.
• Assist with daily living activities to promote patient independence and progress.
