Family & Children's Services is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Mental Health Technicians. This role involves supporting those with severe mental illnesses in a secure psychiatric setting. Candidates will receive training and work in 12-hour shifts, directly contributing to healing and recovery efforts. Pay rate: $19/hr plus stacking shift differentials!

Our Mental Health Technicians work on a multidisciplinary team to provide assistance for severely mentally ill patients in a psychiatric unit. Responsibilities include helping with therapeutic group activities, food services, charting patient observations, and maintaining a clean, safe, and caring environment.
Shift details: 12-hour shifts, 3 days on/4 days off, with one swing shift per month. Work includes weekends and some holidays to ensure 24/7 patient care. Most of the time is spent on your feet working with clients of varying acuity in a secure, clean facility using electronic charting. Our CrisisCare Center is located in downtown Tulsa and maintains full security at all times.
**Candidate must be 21 years or older for this direct service position and possess a valid Driver's License.

Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Preferred: 1+ year in mental health or healthcare field.
Licenses & Certifications:
Required: Valid Driver's License.
