Responsibilities

• Makes rounds on patients every 15 minutes or sooner to provide patient safety.
• Demonstrates awareness of the treatment plans and provides intervention/care accordingly.
• Participates in assigned groups and activities.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic milieu; uses de-escalation techniques and physical management as needed.
• Assists patients with grooming and personal hygiene appropriate to age and needs.
