Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Health in the Windsor Laurelwood system is seeking a Mental Health Technician to join its treatment team. This full-time role offers day, evening, or overnight shifts and requires weekend work every other week, with shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend hours.

You will help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, support patient activities, document changes, and work with diverse populations.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• College student in behavioral health, psychology, nursing or human services preferred
• Previous mental health or substance abuse treatment facility experience preferred

Our multidisciplinary treatment team includes board-certified psychiatrists, psychologists, registered nurses, licensed social workers, case managers, milieu and activity therapists. The Mental Health Technician is a vital part of Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Health’s treatment team. This is a full time position with an opportunity to work on the day, evening, or overnight shift. Our full time positions require employees to work every other weekend and there is a competitive shift differential for the evening, night, and weekend shifts.
