Position Overview

We are seeking a TMS and Esketamine Technician to join our team at the NeuroScience and TMS Center. This role does not require a clinical degree; healthcare experience and a passion to help patients are important. No prior knowledge of Esketamine or TMS is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training. These FDA-cleared treatments are emerging options for patients with Depression or Treatment-Resistant Depression. This position offers an opportunity to develop specialized skills in a growing healthcare sector for long-term career stability.

We are a progressive behavioral health clinic committed to quality and excellent patient care. Our offices are located in Brentwood, Franklin, and Nashville. Our Lead Coordinator Supervisor and Medical Director, who trains internationally on TMS, will provide training. Our team values stability and cares deeply about our employees and patients.

Qualifications

1. Excellent patient communication skills
2. A love for helping people and learning about new treatment options
3. Healthcare or behavioral health experience (clinical or administrative) is helpful
4. Education and ongoing training in Healthcare or Behavioral Health are preferred; a BSW degree is ideal but not required
5. English language proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus
6. Work authorization in the United States is required
