Responsibilities

1. Provide patient care and support in a 108-bed inpatient behavioral health facility.
2. Assist with outpatient programs and continuum of care services.
3. Maintain safety and therapeutic environment for clients.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
5. Document patient interactions and progress.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
2. One-year experience with psychiatric client populations preferred.
3. Knowledge of psychiatric group processes, therapeutic relationships, age-specific growth and development, limit setting, behavior management, crisis management, verbal de-escalation, Handle with Care, and CPR training.
4. Ability to demonstrate flexibility for reassignment to different units.
