Job summary

Hill Crest Behavioral Health Services in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Mental Health Technician for the Male Unit. This full-time position offers 8-hour weekday shifts and alternating 12-hour weekend shifts.

A mandatory eight-business-day orientation from 8a-4p is required, and candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, plus one year of psychiatric care experience. CPR and non-violent crisis prevention certifications are provided through company training.

Qualifications

• Verifiable High School Diploma/ GED required!!! Proof (transcript/degree document) will be requested
• One year of experience in a psychiatric setting/patient care preferred
