Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; CNA preferred; degree in social work or therapy desirable.
• Two years of related psychiatric patient care experience preferred.
• CNA certification preferred.
• MHTs may need to work weekends, overtime and have flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• On the unit, engage with patients throughout your shift to maintain a safe, structured environment.
• Build supportive relationships and share observations with nurses to aid care decisions.

Education
