Job summary

Brattleboro Retreat is seeking Mental Health Techs to support children, adolescents and adults who have been hospitalized for mental health issues. You will supervise patients, engage them in therapeutic activities and help organize group programs in a collaborative treatment team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service related field with an emphasis on behavioral sciences OR high school diploma and preferably 2 years related experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively with co-workers and all members of the treatment team.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS:
