Job Description
Assists R.N. in delivering care, observing patient behaviors, providing daily community meetings, and assisting in various procedures. Works closely with the R.N. and reports any changes in patient's mood or behavior promptly. When necessary, assists the R.N. and unit staff with pre-admission screening calls from referral sources and provides information about the program to callers. The patient population ranges from adult to geriatrics.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred (12+ college credits in humanities or social services required for Philadelphia work locations).
Experience: 1 year of related experience preferred.
