Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking a Mental Health Targeted Case Manager to support case management and therapy services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. The role emphasizes flexible development paths, mentorship, and opportunities to grow into clinical roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to document therapy services in an EMR platform.
• One year of experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances.
• Degrees in Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, Forensic Psychology, Community Counseling, Psychology, Youth Counseling, Human Development, Behavioral Science, Art Therapy, or Psychiatric Rehabilitation are considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and support to diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Coordinate individual and family therapy services.
• Document therapy services in the EMR system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support professional growth and ongoing certifications for clinical progression.

Earn Up to $56,000 per year based on Experience, Certifications, and Secondary Languages

Candidate Requirements:

• Must reside within the State of Florida
• Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform.
• One year of experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances
• We will review Candidates who have degrees or majors in the following: Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, Forensic Psychology, Community Counseling, Psychology, Youth Counseling, Human Development, Behavioral Science, Art Therapy, & Psychiatric Rehabilitation.
