Chrysalis Health, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Targeted Case Manager to support clients across Florida. You will document therapy services and coordinate care for children, adolescents, adults, and families, ensuring access to timely behavioral health resources.

• Ability to document therapy services in an EMR platform.
• We will review candidates who have degrees or majors in Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, Forensic Psychology, Community Counseling, Psychology, Youth Counseling, Human Development, Behavioral Science, Art Therapy, and Psychiatric Rehabilitation.

Mental Health Targeted Case Manager

Earn Up to $56,000 per year based on Experience, Certifications, and Secondary Languages.

Candidate Requirements

• Must reside within the State of Florida.
• Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
