Job summary

RADIAS Health is seeking a Mental Practitioner Supervisor to lead the Residential Support Services (RSS) program, overseeing a group home and providing supervision and clinical direction to staff. You will coordinate client care, update treatment plans, and collaborate with treatment teams, families, and community partners to promote recovery and community integration.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in human services plus 2 years of full-time work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children.
• Bachelor's degree in human services plus 1 year of full-time work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children.
• Must have car, auto insurance and valid driver's license.
• 4 weeks accrued PTO first year of employment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client care, including quarterly case conferences with the case manager, treatment team, family members or others the client wishes to include.
• Develop, implement and review quarterly service plans and related behavior plans.
• Coordinate and schedule client medical appointments, complete referrals, and arrange transportation.
• Lead weekly house staff meetings and supervise staff; administer medications per policy under nurse supervision.
