RADIAS Health is seeking a Clinical Lead Mental Health Practitioner to oversee a four-resident group home within the RSS program. You will provide supervision, clinical direction, and care coordination for adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Responsibilities include treatment planning, crisis management, staff supervision, and coordination with medical and community professionals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in human services plus 2 years of full-time experience or Bachelor's degree in human services plus 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client care and quarterly case conferences with relevant teams.
• Develop and review clinical plans and crisis plans.
• Administer medications under nurse supervision and ensure proper documentation.
