Job summary

Johnson County Government is seeking a registered nurse to support the Adolescent Center for Treatment and Youth Crisis Stabilization Center. The RN will work with Behavioral Health Nursing to serve a 24-hour facility and assist admissions at the Adult Crisis Stabilization Center.

Shift is Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm. Requires RN licensure in Kansas and a valid driver's license, with full benefits and a strong team-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent and an RN program meeting Kansas RN requirements.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Kansas and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing services; administer medications and perform limited procedures.
• Assess psychiatric symptoms and coordinate treatment with psychiatrists and clinicians.
• Complete and submit documentation of patient care and outcomes.
