Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse for Rolling Hills Hospital in Ada, OK, working 7a-7p on a 3-12 hour shift schedule with every other weekend rotation. Nurses with 2 years of experience earn $40/hr.

Qualifications

• RN license required (state requirements)
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about conditions.
• Ensure orders are legible and transcribed per policy.
• Assess patient status continuously and document changes.
• Document accurate medication administration and counts.
