Job summary

Chartiers Center, located in Bridgeville, PA, seeks a Mental Health Residential Worker for its Diversion and Acute Stabilization (DAS) program to help adults with mental health challenges gain independence, stability, and growth in a recovery-focused setting.

You will assist with daily living skills, provide training, handle household tasks, respond to emergencies, document interactions, and contribute to a positive team environment. Full-time and part-time shifts available, including nights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and one year of related experience.
• Valid PA driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with developing daily living skills for independence.
• Provide training and support in daily living activities.
• Complete daily household tasks: meals, cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents following agency policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident interactions and incidents.
• Foster a positive, respectful, recovery-focused environment.
