Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Bachelor’s degree in mental health, human services or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to residents to ensure safety and well-being.
• Assist residents during periods of emotional distress using basic de-escalation techniques.
• Observe and report changes in resident behavior, mood, or functioning.
• Support daily living activities such as meals, hygiene, and structured programming.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive residential environment.
• Follow program policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clinical and program staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support facility operations.
