Location:

Asheville, NC

Schedule:
  • Part Time - 24 hours per week
  • Thursday - Saturday, 3 pm – 11 pm
Benefits:

Salary:

$17.00 per hour, with increases based on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Provide relationship-oriented coaching and support to residents to help them achieve their goals
  • Ensure the health and safety of residents, respond to concerns, and complete check-ins
  • Encourage participation in recreational, social, and cultural activities
  • Facilitate spontaneous social experiences for residents not involved in scheduled activities
  • Assist residents with room cleaning and help maintain common areas
  • Transport residents to scheduled appointments as needed
  • Serve as a first responder for on-call services during evening hours
  • Maintain documentation for assigned residents
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience working with individuals affected by mental illness
  • Must be 21 years or older, with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
