Job summary

ASI-NE in Turner, Maine is hiring Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicians (MHRTs) to support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Paid training starts day one, with opportunities for overtime and advancement. 2nd shift runs Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with Sundays and Mondays off.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with no experience required. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO after 120 days, life insurance, a 403(b) plan,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass background and Maine driving checks.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses in daily living.
• Assist with community outings and personal goal achievement.
• Help with daily living skills and independence.
• Foster positive relationships and trust with residents.
• Promote safety and supportive interactions during shifts.
• Contribute to a caring, team-oriented residential setting.

As an MHRT, you'll support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses as they live meaningful, independent lives.
