Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Mental Health Registered Nurse to join our team at Suwannee Correctional Institution Annex located in Live Oak, Florida.

The RN provides holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients, under the direction of the DON or Nursing Supervisor, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• RN license or ability to obtain one required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and criminal background check).

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within scope of practice.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs.
