Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Mental Health Registered Nurse for the Suwannee Correctional Institution Annex in Live Oak, Florida. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision, ensuring safety and quality within the correctional setting.

The role requires an Associate's degree, RN license (or ability to obtain), CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance including background checks.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• RN license or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in CPR.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the DON and Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Maintain professional standards and ensure patient safety and privacy.
