Sanctuary House in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Program Specialist to provide psychosocial rehabilitation services to adults with serious mental illness within our clubhouse model. You will plan services, deliver care, assist with transitional employment, and ensure thorough documentation while engaging members in daily operations.

This role supports residents in maximizing functioning and reducing hospitalizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field (strongly preferred).
• Experience working in mental health settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience and commitment to a recovery focused approach.
• Experience in vocational rehabilitation or employment placement services a plus.
• Strong communication especially in the area of written documentation.
• Positive and uplifting attitude a MUST!
• Clinical advocacy and knowledge of community resources.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to person-centered care.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychosocial rehabilitation services to adults with serious mental illness in our clubhouse model program.
• Plan services and deliver care, including crisis management and transition employment preparation.
• Maintain detailed service documentation and engage members in all clubhouse activities.
• Support Guilford County adults to maximize functioning and reduce re-hospitalization in state facilities.
