Mental Health Professional/Therapist - PACT South

Position Overview

Compass Health is seeking a Clinician II - Mental Health Professional for our PACT South Program in Marysville, WA. PACT services are delivered by a multidisciplinary team that includes mental health professionals, a psychiatric prescriber, nurses, a substance use disorder specialist, a vocational specialist, peer counselors, and community support specialists. The team manages a caseload collectively, primarily providing services in clients' homes or community settings, with clients seen multiple times weekly to support stabilization and recovery.

Responsibilities

The Clinician II provides direct therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management for adults with behavioral health disorders. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing tailored care plans, serving as a treatment team member, providing backup support, and potentially supervising Master's or Bachelor's level clinicians and interns.

Qualifications

• MA/MS/MSW Degree in a Behavioral Science related field.
• Preferred: 2 years of human services experience.
• Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as per WAC preferred.
• Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices or willingness to learn.
• Completion of Washington State Approved Supervisor Training prior to providing clinical supervision.
• Must submit Agency Affiliated Counselor application upon hire if not already licensed or licensed-eligible through the Washington State Department of Health.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License and appropriate insurance if applicable.
