The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a School-Based Therapist to support students in Danbury, NC and nearby Walnut Cove and Sandy Ridge. You will provide clinical services within a school setting and collaborate with teachers and families to unlock each student's potential.

Starting salaries range from $54,000 for associates to $61,000 for fully licensed clinicians, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and free weekly supervision toward licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy required.
• Active NC license or associate license (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA) strongly encouraged.
• Experience in school-based or student populations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct mental health support: individual and group counseling, crisis intervention.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• A current NC license: LCSW, LCMHC or LMFT, or an associate license (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA). Associates are strongly encouraged to apply, since supervision is on us.
• A master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy or a related field
• School-based or student-population experience (preferred)
• Comfort with crisis assessment, treatment planning and evidence-based modalities
