The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our Detroit, MI team. This role supports students' emotional and social well-being and works closely with teachers, families, and administrators to foster student success.

Ideal candidates hold Michigan state licenses (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LLPC, LMFT) and bring experience with children and adolescents in educational or clinical settings. MTSS and trauma-informed care knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Michigan state license required (LMSW/LLSW/LPC/LLPC/LMFT)
• Experience with children/adolescents in school/clinical settings
• Familiarity with MTSS and trauma-informed care

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan state mental health professional license in one of the following:
  • Licensed Social Worker
  • Limited License Social Worker

• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or clinical settings
• Familiarity with MTSS, trauma-informed care, and school-based behavioral health frameworks
• Ability to provide services with fidelity and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
