The Stepping Stones Group in Detroit, MI is seeking a Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Professional to support students' emotional and social well-being within a school setting. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to promote student success in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan state license as Licensed Social Worker, Limited License Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Limited Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with MTSS, trauma-informed care, and school-based behavioral health frameworks.
• Ability to provide services with fidelity and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Bilingual required.
