Description

Arisa Health is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our outpatient team in Marshall. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health or community mental health organizations.

Job Details

Arisa Health, Arkansas' largest nonprofit behavioral health provider, offers outpatient services, crisis intervention, substance abuse counseling, and more across 41 counties. This part-time, nonexempt position reports to the Program Coordinator, working Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess clients' mental health needs through interviews and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Maintain accurate case records and clinical documentation.
• Offer counseling and appraisal services to support personal and social development.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling or social work.
• Current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW, or LCSW).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
