A leading health network is seeking a Mental Health Professional to assess and provide treatment for clients with severe mental illness. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, crisis intervention, and coordinating with community services. The Mental Health Professional assesses, plans, develops, coordinates, and provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to program clients with severe and persistent mental illness in natural community settings.
Must be able to sit for 2 hours total per day, stand for 8 hours, walk for 6 hours, and perform frequent stooping, bending, and reaching. Ability to handle objects up to 75 lbs and transport patients up to 250 lbs. Must have normal hearing, vision, and tactile senses.
Bachelor's Degree in a mental health or human services-related field and at least one year of clinical experience.
