National Counseling Group in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Mental Health Professional to deliver evidence-based care, lead crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic interventions for individuals and families. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support client goals and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience working with the identified population.
• Current QMHP-T (A/C), QMHP-A, QMHP-C, or QMHP-A/C certification, or provisional/full licensure (e.g., Resident in Counseling, Supervisee, Associate license).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level).
