Job summary

National Counseling Group (NCG) is seeking a Mental Health Professional to deliver evidence-based home-based and community services in Virginia. You will conduct crisis intervention, case management, and individualized therapy plans, while maintaining compliance with Medicaid and licensing requirements.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, collaboration with schools and social services, and presentations in appropriate settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• QMHP certification or licensure (A/C) required or eligible.
• 1+ year experience with the identified population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation per standards.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed to coordinate services.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision where applicable based on licensure level.
