Job summary

Centurion seeks a full-time Mental Health Professional to join the team at Augusta State Medical Prison in Grovetown, GA. The role provides mental health case management to patients in a correctional setting and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy.

Schedule is M-F day shift, with an option for 4x10s.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Must be license eligible.
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Must pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management in a correctional setting and consult with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Perform intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning.
• Deliver individual and group therapy within the correctional facility.

About the Role
