Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional to provide mental health case management at Valdosta State Prison in Valdosta, GA. You will conduct intake assessments, crisis intervention, and develop treatment plans for inmates.

You will deliver individual and group therapy, consult with a multidisciplinary team, and help ensure comprehensive mental health care within a correctional setting on day shifts.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field is required.
• Must be license eligible.
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

TheMental Health Professionalprovides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care, including: intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy.

• Must be license eligible
