Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional to join our team at Hays State Prison in Trion, Georgia. The role involves mental health case management, intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and delivering individual and group therapy in a correctional environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling and is license eligible with CPR certification. Background clearance will be required.

Qualifications

• Master's level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
• Must be license eligible and have current CPR certification.
• Tuberculosis documentation required and able to pass background and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and mental health assessments for inmates.
• Provide crisis intervention and short-term stabilization.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy in a correctional setting.
