Job summary

The State of South Carolina, Office of Mental Health, seeks a Mental Health Professional I for the Intensive Community Treatment (ICT) program in Anderson. You will provide intensive case management and counseling, collaborating with community partners to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications include a master’s in a related field, SC licensure eligibility, CPR and MAPS certifications, and a valid SC driver’s license. This essential role supports crisis response and ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in guidance, counseling, or social sciences, or a related field.
• Licensed or eligible for SC licensure; if unlicensed, must pursue licensure within six months.
• CPR and MAPS certifications required or able to obtain.
• Must maintain valid SC Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management and diversified counseling for ICT patients.
• Collaborate with other agencies to ensure access to services.
• Assist patients with transportation needs and coordinate daily ICT staffing.
