Job summary

Fraser is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to deliver clinical services for children aged 2–6 in our Early Childhood Day Treatment Program. You will also guide Mental Health Technicians to maintain a therapeutic environment for young children across Fraser sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, clinical hours, and a Minnesota license. You’ll work with a diverse client base in a collaborative setting, Monday–Friday, with starting pay of $24.52 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field is required.
• Minimum clinical experience: 2,000 hours of supervised clinical hours (or 4,000 hours for work experience only).
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record.
• Experience with preschool-aged children with special needs is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated respect for sensitivity to family and cultural differences.

• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday during standard business hours.
• Float position across Fraser 4 collaborative based sites: St Paul, MN; Minneapolis, MN; Coon Rapids, MN.
• Starting pay $24.52 per hour.
