Job summary

Success Brand in Georgia seeks a Licensed Therapist to empower clients through personalized mental health support. The role blends direct client engagement with administrative and collaborative duties, including treatment planning, progress monitoring, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will maintain malpractice insurance, communicate effectively, and collaborate with a clinical supervisor to drive outcomes. Flexible scheduling and a mix of virtual or office sessions are available.

Qualifications

• Must possess experience in supporting individuals in improving their mental well-being and achieving their personal goals.
• Maintain current malpractice insurance.
• Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibit exceptional proficiency in managing electronic clinical or medical records (ECR/EMR).

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with clients to build therapeutic alliance.
• Conduct thorough reviews of client demographic information, and intake forms to ensure all required documentation is complete.
• Evaluate assessments to ensure accurate diagnosis and comprehensive treatment planning.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans to ensure efficacy of client care.
• Facilitate individual or group sessions to identify client needs, establish personalized goals, and monitor progress towards achieving mental health objectives.
• Utilize practical techniques to equip clients with tools for managing emotions, overcoming challenges, and enhancing overall well-being.
• Assess client progress regularly, celebrating milestones and adapting strategies as necessary to ensure continued growth.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential session records using SOAP and Group Note templates.
• Collaborate with your Clinical Supervisor to track and analyze client outcomes, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Attend monthly staff and supervision meetings.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay informed on the latest practices and trends in mental health coaching.
• Assist with additional tasks as directed to support the broader mission and goals of the organization.
