Job Responsibilities

Participates in Intake Evaluations, Individual, Family, Collateral, and Group Therapy sessions; attends Case Conferences and Supervision sessions; documents sessions using the Electronic Health Record; maintains and updates client demographic information in client chart; evaluates client’s progress regularly; creates/updates Treatment Plans in collaboration with client & client’s family; maintains and keeps current all required consent forms.

Qualifications

• Completion of 1st year of Master’s program in counseling, psychology, or social work.
• Bilingual preferred.
