HIAAH in the United States is seeking an intern mental health provider to evaluate and address clients’ mental health needs, develop personalized, research-driven treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions that empower individuals to participate actively in their wellness.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, work with diverse populations, and use an advanced EHR system.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Registered LPC-Associate or LMHC-Intern License in the state of employment.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and adults across diverse populations.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Registered LPC-Associate or LMHC-Intern License in the state of employment.
• Experience and comfort working with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Proven ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a range of mental health conditions.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills.
