Job summary

Centurion Health seeking a Mental Health Licensed Practical Nurse for Farmington Correctional Center in Farmington, Missouri. Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under nursing leadership, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including group classes as needed.

Requires Missouri LPN license or ability to obtain, IV Certification, CPR, and psychiatric nursing training. Full-time day shifts (three 12-hour days with rotating weekends).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a full-time Mental Health Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Farmington Correctional Center located in Farmington, Missouri.

The Mental Health LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Mental Health Nurses work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological and social needs of the patient. Mental Health nurses may also participate in and lead group classes for incarcerated patients as needed.
